1. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Leevio be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site, even if & Leevio or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of materials from this site results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment or data, you assume any costs thereof.

2. License
Our WordPress themes, plugins are released under the GNU Public License version 2.0. We strongly discourage you to offer them, modified or unmodified, for redistribution or resale of any kind.

The license key ensures updates from our servers. If you do not activate the license or canceled the subscription, some of the features of our plugins do not work properly.

Yearly Package Licensing –

• Each product from our site includes 365 days of support and update validity. This date is calculated from the minute the order has been marked as complete. If you do not have a valid license, you will not be able to download any of your purchased products.
• An active subscription is required to access the downloads section.
• Each product comes with the auto-renewal feature through PayPal and Stripe subscriptions to ensure smooth flow of updates and support.

Lifetime Package Licensing –

• With this package, you receive perpetual access to our product without the need for annual renewals. Here ‘Lifetime’ refers to the Products lifetime, not the buyers’ lifetime or anything else. The product lifetime is the time interval from when a product is sold to when it is discarded. Leevio has all the rights to announce the end of Lifetime of their products anytime within 45-90 days prior notice. Please review the following licensing policy for our lifetime packages:
• Upon purchase of a lifetime package, you will have unlimited access to the product without any time restrictions.
• Lifetime packages include free updates and support for the lifetime of the product.
• You will receive all future feature updates, enhancements, and bug fixes. But if there are any major changes or improvements that mandate the betterment of the product in the future, then additional costs may be added.
• A unique license key will be provided with your lifetime package purchase. The license key is required for activation but will not expire.
• You will have continuous access to the download section, allowing you to obtain the latest versions of the product at any time.
• The lifetime license is non-transferable. It is intended for use by the original purchaser and cannot be resold or transferred to another individual or entity.
• Lifetime packages do not include auto-renewal features, as they are one-time purchases.
• Lifetime packages include product support for the lifetime of the product. Our support team will assist you with any queries or issues you may encounter.
• We reserve the right to modify the terms of this lifetime package licensing policy. Any changes will be communicated to existing customers.

3. Ownership and Liability
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are the property of Leevio. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

User Accounts and Product Licenses are not transferrable.

If you are a contractual developer or a representative of a person, please ask them to purchase the product from us directly. It saves time on both sides when we follow up support tickets.

4. Refund Policy
It’s really simple!

We are so confident that you will definitely LOVE and BENEFIT from our products, we offer a 14-days no-questions-asked refund policy.

If you don’t like our product or it causes you trouble, we will be happy to offer you a full 100% refund within 14 days of your original purchase and no questions will be asked.

However, we might invite you to suggest to us how to improve ourselves while refunding. Also, we would really appreciate if you give insights on what made you ask for a refund.

5. Warranty
Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that our products will work in all browsers, nor do we guarantee that our products will be functional with all versions of WordPress. We do not guarantee compatibility with any additional third party plugins, scripts, or applications.

6. Product Updates
Each individual product purchased from Leevio includes free updates to customers for 1 year from the date of purchase. For Lifetime plans, you will get product updates for the product lifetime. We do not guarantee that product updates will always be made and forever, but Leevio does its best to improve each product over time and make sure they will work with the latest version of WordPress. We cannot guarantee that our products will run with older versions of WordPress (3.0 or earlier).

7. Account Termination and Suspension
Leevio reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate any user account without notice. This may be due to one or several of the following reasons.

Abusive behavior and/or excessive negativity towards the Leevio staff and/or other customers.
Repeated defamatory, malicious, and/or false statements including slander against , Leevio and/or attempts to persuade potential customers away from purchasing products.
Promoting competitor products, contributing to software piracy, hacking, spamming, or other illegal acts.
We reasonably believe that your account has been compromised, shared with others, or for other security reasons. All decisions are final and terminated or suspended accounts will not be reversed.

8. Privacy Policy
User account data and certain other information about you will never be sold or rented to any third-party. You understand that through your use of our services you consent to the collection and use of this information which includes the transfer of this information to the United States of America Government and/or other countries for storage, processing and use by Leevio. We generally use your personal information and account data for order processing, preventing fraudulent activities, invoicing and contacting you via email.
