Do you support complete Rackspace Cloud Server API?

Yes, we do. To make sure what PHPRackCloud's scope is, it only works with Rackspace Cloud Server API. Which means you can do almost everything that is allowed by Rackspace. Moreover, have a look at it's wiki page to get a comprehensive list of what is supported and what is not.

Any dependency?

Yes, PHPRackCloud works only in PHP5. And it requires CURL extension to be enabled in your server where you are going to use it.

Have any example?

Check out (or download) the source code from the project page and example.php is all you need.
